  • "I had gestational diabetes with my first two children and couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong. I was following the traditional American diet. So I sought out professional advice, but nothing seemed to help keep my fasting glucose levels in check. Not to mention all of the conflicting information in the world about diet and nutrition. I felt overwhelmed.

    Through an elimination diet, I slowly cut out the ultra-processed junk and incorporated more whole foods like, beef, chicken, eggs, milk, and cheese back into my diet. I was finally able to ease through my third pregnancy with no issues.

    I was astonished to discover how much my food choices impacted not only my sugar levels but also my mood and overall well-being.

    This made me take a step back and look at food differently. The more I learned about how our food is processed and ingredients being put into our food, the more I felt I had to share what I was learning.

    My food journey fuels my mission to help others.
